  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  5. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@healhairs.com.

Late or Missing Refunds
